Delete Account & Data
You can permanently delete your JTHOOR account and all associated data — directly within the app, or from this page if the app isn't installed on your device.
Delete from within the app (fastest)
- Open the JTHOOR app and sign in.
- Go to Settings ⚙️ (from the home screen or the parent screen).
- Tap “Delete Account Permanently”.
- Answer the parental-gate question, then confirm deletion.
The account is deleted immediately — no further step needed.
Request deletion without the app installed
Message us from the email registered on your account, and we'll delete it within a few days:
✉️ Send account deletion requestDelete one child's data only (without deleting the account)
- Open the app and sign in with the parent account.
- Go to Manage Children.
- Tap the child's name, then “🗑 Delete Child”.
- Confirm deletion.
The child and all their learning progress are deleted immediately, while the parent account and the other children remain as they are.
What gets deleted?
- Account information (name, email, grade).
- All learning data (activity results, assignments, progress, mastery).
- Linked children's accounts, if it is a parent account.
- The notification token and AI Teacher conversations linked to the account.
