يمكن حذف حساب «جذور» وكل البيانات المرتبطة به نهائيًّا بطريقتين — من داخل التطبيق مباشرة، أو من هذه الصفحة إذا لم يكن التطبيق مثبَّتًا لديك.
يُحذَف الحساب فورًا — لا حاجة لأي خطوة إضافية.
راسلنا من بريدك المسجَّل بالحساب، ونحذفه خلال أيام قليلة:

تُستثنى سجلّات المعاملات الماليّة التي يُلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها، وهي لا تحوي بيانات بطاقتك (المتجر هو من عالج الدفع).
Inside the app (fastest): sign in → Settings ⚙️ → “Delete account permanently” → answer the parent gate → confirm. The account is deleted immediately.
Without the app installed: email us from the address registered on the account and we delete it within a few days: edu@edumizeps.com
Delete one child only: sign in as the parent → Manage children → tap the child → “Delete child” → confirm. The parent account and other children remain.
What is deleted: account information (name, email, level), all learning data (results, progress, mastery), linked children's accounts, the notification token and AI Teacher conversations. Financial transaction records the law requires us to keep are excluded; they contain no card data.
